Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and provide product information
- Follow up with doctors, distributors, and clients
- Maintain records, reports, and data in Excel
- Support order processing and dispatch coordination
- Manage back-office documentation and administrative tasks
- Ensure smooth communication and customer support
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English
- Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email handling
- Strong coordination and telecalling abilities
- Pharma/FMCG industry experience preferred
- Smart, confident, and responsible candidate required
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
