Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead project planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities for high-rise residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should possess a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution and extensive experience in project planning and controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Track project progress and identify schedule variances.
- Coordinate with project execution, procurement, and design teams.
- Prepare project MIS reports and dashboards.
- Develop recovery plans to mitigate delays.
- Ensure timely project completion as per approved schedules.
Qualifications:
- M.Tech/M.E. in Civil Engineering from a reputed university.
- 8–15 years of experience in planning large-scale real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
