We are looking for a detail-oriented PMO MIS Analyst with 4–8 years of experience in Management Information Systems (MIS), project reporting, and business analytics. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, Advanced Excel, Power Query, data modelling, and dashboard development. The role involves preparing management reports, tracking project performance metrics, supporting PMO governance activities, and delivering actionable insights through interactive dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Prepare, maintain, and publish MIS reports, project dashboards, and executive management reports.
Analyse project, operational, and business data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualisations using Power BI.
Create automated reports using Advanced Excel, Power Query, Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, and data models.
Track and report project KPIs, resource utilisation, budgets, risks, issues, milestones, and project health metrics.
Support PMO governance, project reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive status reporting.
Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse trends, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with Project Managers, PMO teams, Business Units, and Leadership to gather reporting requirements.
Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce reporting turnaround time.
Maintain reporting documentation, dashboard standards, and reporting templates.
Support portfolio-level reporting, project forecasting, and resource planning activities.
Ensure timely delivery of accurate reports to support business decision-making.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
6–8 years of experience in MIS reporting, PMO reporting, business analytics, or project reporting and SOP preparation.
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Advanced Excel.
Experience creating dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
