We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and manage both online and offline marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, driving sales, and building strong customer relationships through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Online Marketing
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate SEO and website content updates.
- Monitor digital marketing performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.
- Generate online leads and improve conversion rates.
Offline Marketing
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, exhibitions, and roadshows.
- Coordinate branding activities, including banners, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
- Build relationships with dealers, distributors, and business partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Organize product launches and promotional events.
- Visit markets and customers to identify business opportunities and gather feedback.
General Responsibilities
- Develop annual and monthly marketing plans and budgets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and revenue growth.
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, printers, and media partners.
- Track campaign performance and optimize marketing initiatives.
- Maintain the company's brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and present insights to management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
