Job Summary
We are hiring ITI Freshers for our Production Department. Candidates will get hands-on experience in manufacturing, fabrication, machine operations, and production activities under the guidance of experienced supervisors and engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Production team in daily manufacturing activities.
- Work as per production drawings, instructions, and quality standards.
- Handle tools, machines, and equipment as per the respective trade.
- Support senior technicians and production supervisors.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S practices.
- Follow all safety rules and use required PPE.
- Report machine or production issues to the supervisor.
- Complete assigned work within the required timeline.
Trade-Wise Requirements
Electrician
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and connections.
- Assist in machine electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Follow electrical safety procedures.
Welder
- Basic knowledge of welding and fabrication.
- Assist in MIG/CO₂/Arc welding activities.
- Handle welding tools and equipment safely.
Turner
- Basic knowledge of lathe machine operations.
- Understanding of basic measurements and engineering drawings.
- Assist in turning, drilling, and machining activities.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of respective ITI trade.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Good discipline, punctuality, and teamwork.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Positive attitude towards work.
Eligibility
- ITI qualification in Electrician / Welder / Turner trade.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
