As we launch our commercial operations in India, we're looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Specialist – Healthcare Diagnostics to help introduce our products to the market, build brand awareness, and support our commercial growth. About the Role
As our Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in planning and executing marketing initiatives that increase awareness and adoption of VAMS BIOME's microbiome diagnostic test kits.
Working closely with leadership, you'll help develop go-to-market strategies, engage healthcare professionals and strategic partners, generate qualified leads, and support product launches. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building brands, educating customers, and bringing innovative products to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for VAMS BIOME's microbiome diagnostic test kits.
- Plan and implement product launch and go-to-market strategies.
- Build awareness among healthcare professionals, diagnostic laboratories, clinics, wellness practitioners, and strategic partners.
- Create compelling marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and digital content.
- Coordinate webinars, educational events, conferences, and product demonstrations.
- Work with the sales and leadership teams to generate qualified leads and support customer acquisition.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and market feedback.
- Support future product launches and international market expansion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in product marketing, B2B marketing, healthcare, technology, or related industries.
- Experience in the healthcare, diagnostics, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Creative thinker with a commercial mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to travel within India when required.
