We are looking for determined and dedicated Senior Data Quality Analyst to ensure that our customers receive the best-in-class consultancy for their projects, ranging from conceptual design to installation and commissioning.
We are a digital player, using our own tools in association with large plant systems to create early studies, design solutions, and specifications for our clients. Main Roles & Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Quality Analyst, you will play a key role in the EMT initiatives, helping transform how engineering data is interpreted and used across the entire value chain.
Your focus will be on making complex engineering information understandable, reliable, and actionable for decision‑makers across NNE.
You will work on analysing trends, clarifying data definitions, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring that engineering data is presented in a way that supports project execution and cross disciplinary alignment.
You will contribute to strengthening data governance by helping define how engineering data should be organized, validated, and communicated—ensuring consistency and quality across projects and teams.
At NNE, we are a digital first organization, and you will be part of shaping how engineering data is explored, documented, and shared. Your analytical perspective will support improvements in process clarity, decision making, value chain integration, and how teams work with standardized data across disciplines.
Within the EMDE team, you’ll collaborate closely with EMT disciplines, engineering disciplines, IT, and business stakeholders to help create a unified understanding of engineering data. Your insights will support the development of a consistent governance framework and contribute to how data connects and supports the entire value chain.

- Define and establish NNE’s approach to Data Quality aligned with governance principles (e.g. DAMA dimensions)
- Drive implementation of Data Governance and Data Quality practices across projects.
- Support projects in adopting:
- Data ownership (Data Owner)
- Data quality processes and standards
- Act as a central support function from Engineering Data towards projects.
- Develop and standardize data quality frameworks, processes, and templates
- Enable cross-project consistency in how data is structured and managed
- Define approach for data quality measurement and future audit setup
- Support rollout and scaling of governance across the organization
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Able to combine strong analytical skills with solid technical understanding.
Education and Work Experience
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
- You have strong business understanding of engineering processes.
- You have ability to translate governance into practical implementation
- You have experience with data governance frameworks (DAMA etc.)
- You have a strong stakeholder management skills across disciplines.
- You have a good experience in Change management/Implementation experience
- You have understanding of data quality dimensions (not just measuring them)
- You speak and write English fluently.
