Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Developer to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing engaging content
across various platforms to meet organizational goals. This role involves collaboration
with marketing, design, and technical teams to ensure content is aligned with brand
guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
Location:-Hybrid
Salary 2 LPA – 3 LPA
Working Days Saturday & Sunday Off, Except Last Saturday of the Month
Qualification Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field
Role &
Responsibilities
1.Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, blogs, social
media, email campaigns, and other platforms.
- Create SEO-optimized content to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Design interactive and user-centric content, including infographics, presentations,
and videos.
2.Content Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to plan and execute a comprehensive
content strategy.
- Identify key audience needs and create content tailored to their preferences.
- Conduct content audits to ensure consistency and relevance across platforms.
3.Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, audience insights, and competitor
strategies.
- Incorporate data and analytics to measure content performance and optimize
future content.
4.Editing and Proofreading:
- Ensure all content adheres to the brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
- Edit and proofread content for grammar, spelling, and factual accuracy.
5.Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to produce cohesive
and engaging content.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Developer, Content Writer, or in a similar role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (e.g.,
WordPress).
- Proficiency in tools like Canva & AI tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
