Key ResponsibilitiesA. Daily ERP Compliance (non-negotiable)
Every single day, before closing:
- Production entries completed (batch-wise, machine, operator, wastage)
- Dispatch entries completed (vehicle, load, trip ID)
- Weighbridge data mapped to dispatch
- Sales orders → invoices properly closed
- Pending entries list generated
Output:
“Daily ERP Compliance Report” (not optional)B. Exception & Violation Tracking
This is where they earn their salary.
- Missing entries
- Delayed entries (>24 hrs)
- Weight vs billed mismatch
- Stock mismatch
- Fake/backdated entries
Output:
“Exception Report” with department-wise accountabilityC. Enforcement (this is critical)
- Follow up same-day for missing entries
- Escalate repeat offenders
- Block processes if required (with your backing)

E. Process Feedback Loop
They should constantly tell you:
