Position: National Head - Sales (Solar Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the overall sales strategy, driving pan-India revenue growth, and leading large sales teams to achieve targets.
This role involves managing regional sales teams, expanding distribution networks, and building high-value client relationships, typically requiring 10+ years of experience.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive national sales strategies to meet business growth and revenue targets.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, and lead regional sales managers, area managers, and executives to maximize productivity and performance.
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets across all regions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor market trends, analyze sales data, and prepare reports to make informed decisions and optimize sales processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in sales leadership, specifically in Solar Industry.
- Education: MBA (Marketing, sales)
- Skills: Strong expertise in ground execution, strategic planning, and team management.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and scale sales teams.
Salary : According to experience in Solar Industry(Also depends on Current CTC)
