Amazon Ads is looking for a results-driven Agency Development Manager (ADM) to own, grow, and deepen strategic partnerships with agencies in India.
The ADM will serve as the primary commercial and strategic interface between Amazon Ads and assigned agency partners responsible for driving revenue growth across Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, Prime Video, and programmatic solutions. You will develop joint business plans, lead senior stakeholder engagement, enable agency teams on Amazon's ad tech stack and identify whitespace opportunities to expand share of wallet across the agency's advertiser portfolio.
You will think like a GM for your agency book of business: setting strategy, managing a pipeline, negotiating commercial frameworks, and building long-term partnerships that deliver compounding value for Amazon, agencies, and their advertisers.
Key job responsibilities
Generates performance advertising revenue by establishing credible relationships with advertiser decision makers and agencies and constructing and delivering compelling pitches.
Be a true hunter, uncover opportunity and connect it with a value adding solution.
Generates a pipeline and influences buying decisions to drive revenue from new advertisers.
Maps account strategies, aligning resources and uncovering which of our display products best serves an advertiser’s needs.
Holds sales calls on existing and prospective clients, delivering superior customer service.
Prepares and delivers customized sales presentations to clients.
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience in advertising
- Experience in DSP/ad network sales
- Experience building high-velocity ad products
- Experience working in e-commerce
