Job Purpose: To drive revenue growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through the promotion of airline products and services. The role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, tour operators, and direct customers while identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence.
Key Tasks:
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective promotion of airline products, routes, fares, and ancillary services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, revenue streams, and strategic partnerships to increase market share and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, product training sessions, and promotional activities to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor travel agent performance, provide tactical support, and ensure timely resolution of customer and partner concerns to maximize satisfaction and sales productivity.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management review.

Education:

Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in airline sales, travel industry sales, corporate sales, or a similar commercial role.
- Experience working with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients is preferred.
Knowledge of airline distribution channels, fare structures, and aviation industry practices is an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
