Position Overview
The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day HR and administrative operations of the organization. The role includes recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, payroll support, attendance management, statutory compliance, employee engagement, HR documentation, and factory HR activities. The incumbent will work closely with management to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with organizational policies and labour laws.
Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and recruitment databases.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with department heads.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and maintain hiring trackers.
- Assist in onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate and recruitment records.
2. Payroll & Attendance Management
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Support monthly payroll processing by providing accurate employee data.
- Coordinate with Accounts for payroll inputs and salary-related documentation.
- Ensure statutory deductions and employee records are updated.
3. Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
- Assist in grievance handling and employee communication.
- Maintain positive employee relations across departments.
4. Factory Compliance & Labour Law Support
- Maintain statutory registers and compliance documentation.
- Assist in PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and labour law compliance activities.
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Monitor contractor documentation and statutory records.
5. Factory & Site Coordination
- Coordinate with factory and site supervisors regarding manpower requirements.
- Maintain attendance and workforce deployment records.
- Participate in factory/site visits as required.
- Support safety and welfare initiatives at site locations.
6. HR Administration
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, warning letters, and relieving documents.
- Update employee databases and HRMS records.
- Maintain joining, transfer, promotion, and separation records.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures.

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Executive, or HR Operations role.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance management, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or factory environments preferred.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, HRMS, and payroll systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and Labour Law compliance.
- Exposure to factory HR operations and workforce management.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and site teams.
- Willingness to travel for factory/site visits when required.
The Human Resources Executive will play a key role in supporting recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, payroll administration, and HR operations while ensuring smooth workforce management and adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
