Position: Full Stack Developer - HRMS
Location: India – Chennai
Experience: 1+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain HRMS modules (Payroll, Attendance, Onboarding, etc.,) using Python as backend and Reach as Front End with Figma.
- WhatsApp AI Integration: Implement WhatsApp Business API to build AI-driven HR conversational agents and notification systems.
- Frontend Development: Create responsive, engaging user interfaces using Bootstrap 5 and TypeScript.
- API Management: Develop and consume RESTful APIs with JSON and secure services using JWT/OAuth.
- Database Management: Design and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases (SQL Server/PostgreSQL) to support complex payroll and employee data.
- AI/Innovation: Leverage modern AI models and tools (Node.js for microservices) to automate HR processes and improve productivity. Having good knowledge in OCR and Azure AI Document Intelligence, AOAI Studio.
- Deployment: Manage application deployment on Azure/AWS platforms
Required Technical Skills
- Backend: Python
- Frontend: React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.
- AI/AI-Backend: Node.js, Express, integration with AI APIs.
- Database: SQL Server, Entity Framework Core.
- Tools: Github, Jenkins/Azure DevOps, WhatsApp Business API, Figma.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in developing HCM, Payroll, or ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of HR workflows and data security.
- Good communication skills for collaboration with HR stakeholders
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
