Job Description – Account Executive
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to handle billing operations for cybersecurity products, networking products, software licenses, hardware, and other IT components. The candidate will coordinate with the sales team and warehouse team to ensure smooth billing and order processing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process daily billing for cybersecurity products, networking products, licenses, hardware, and other IT components.
- Handle a minimum of 25+ billings per day.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer orders and billing requirements.
- Work closely with warehouse staff for dispatch and inventory coordination.
- Maintain billing records and documentation accurately.
- Ensure timely invoice generation and order processing.
- Handle billing and accounting entries using Tally Prime.
- Support account-related administrative activities as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with an Accounts, Commerce, or Finance-related degree are preferred.
- Degree specialization is not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of billing, invoicing, or accounting processes will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills are required.
Preferred Skills
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in billing.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams effectively.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
