Role:
SuperProcure is looking for an energetic and self driven Business Development Associate with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should value building strong customer relationships and possess the ability to drive business growth. In this role, you will leverage the full spectrum of SuperProcure’s product portfolio to identify opportunities, engage prospective customers, and achieve assigned sales targets.
The ideal candidate should be highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about winning new business. You should have a strong hunger for success, take ownership of your goals, maintain a positive attitude, and thrive while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.

Proactively identify and generate leads, nurture them, and drive engagement through relevant messaging and account penetration strategies to establish a strong sales pipeline and achieve high conversion rates.

Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, online research, and outbound calling.

Understand prospective customers’ requirements and recommend the most suitable products and services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients throughout every stage of the sales cycle.

Schedule meetings and deliver product demonstrations to prospective customers.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on SuperProcure’s products and services.

Create regular sales and financial reports and conduct periodic performance reviews.

Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.

Drive revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, selling, and successfully closing client accounts

Deliver impactful sales pitches, product presentations, and relevant business insights to help prospects understand their business needs and the value of the solution.

Gather customer and prospect feedback and share valuable insights with internal teams to support continuous product and service improvement.
Job Requirements

Strong problem-solving ability with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with new people, supported by strong negotiation skills.

Hands-on experience with presentations and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is required, while multilingual capabilities are an added advantage. A strong learning mindset and positive attitude are essential to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
