Hiring: Tele Sales Executive – Hyderabad | Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Inorbit Mall, Hitech City, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Weekly Off
Joining: Immediate or within 15 days preferred
About the Role
Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Sales Executives for our Hyderabad location. The role involves handling customer inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and supporting event and gaming sales operations.
Candidates with strong communication skills and interest in sales, hospitality, events, or customer interaction are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries related to birthday parties, corporate events, and group bookings
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective follow-ups
- Maintain CRM records and customer interaction details accurately
- Upsell gaming packages, food & beverage services, and event add-ons
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of bookings and events
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure excellent service experience
Candidate Requirements
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Experience in telesales, customer service, hospitality, or event coordination preferred
- Telugu speaking is mandatory
- Good English communication skills required
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools preferred
- Target-oriented and customer-focused attitude
