Executive Summary
Fitraha MedTech is bridging mechanical biomechanics and deterministic computer vision to replace expensive ₹6 Lakh electronic foot scanners with a frugal, zero-CAPEX diagnostic triage tool (mechanical pedograph + offline OpenCV homography app) calibrated to the national CSIR-CLRI "Bha" standard.
We are seeking a decorated veteran from the Army Medical Corps (AMC / AFMC alumni / Military Healthcare Leadership) to step in as Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder. You will command the institutional gateway—leveraging armed forces credibility and clinical discipline to secure premier incubator partnerships (IIT-M HTIC, BETiC, Venture Center), establish formal clinical protocols, oversee ground medical sales deployment, and lead manufacturing JV negotiations.
Key Responsibilities & Command Objectives
1. Institutional Authority & Incubator Partnerships (Immediate)
- Directly represent Fitraha at premier deep-tech and MedTech incubators (IIT Madras HTIC, BETiC COEP/IIT-B, CSIR Venture Center).
- Interface with government bodies, CSIR-CLRI scientists, and clinical advisors to establish formal protocol validation, secure funding grant, and compliance standards.
2. Clinical Protocol & Regulatory Triage
- Formalize the standardized 1-page nursing triage protocol for the 10-second incline/splay test.
- Ensure data privacy, ethical consent frameworks, and CDSCO/ISO non-invasive device compliance across all partner clinics so our product is a guaranteed medical diagnostic sale for our MSRs, they don’t have to pitch anything. (passive, recurring, no risk income for clinics)
3. Operational Deployment & Field Command (30-Day Sprint)
- Direct the 14-day technical completion sprint with our OpenCV mobile engineering lead.
- Deploy and supervise regional Medical Sales Reps (starting with a 1,00,000+ clinic/hospital/gym/sport store density footprint in Pan India) to capture diagnostic scan volume and track patient conversion metrics.
4. Strategic Joint Venture Execution
- Co-lead high-stakes commercial Joint Venture (JV) negotiations with major manufacturing partners (Ajanta Impakto) for anatomically lasted, thicker-soled footwear lines.
- Present operational metrics and clinic conversion data to close our institutional Seed round.
Candidate Profile
- Background: Ex-Army Medical Corps (Lieutenant Colonel / Colonel / Brigadier equivalent) OR seasoned Military Healthcare Administrator / Surgeon / AFMC Alumnus.
- Track Record: Proven operational leadership managing hospitals, field medical units, clinical trials, or healthcare procurement.
- Mindset: High tolerance for early-stage zero-to-one execution, mission-driven discipline, and the ability to command respect in academic, hospital, and corporate boardrooms.
Equity & Vesting Terms
- 15% Total Equity Grant for 1000 cr+ valuation structured on milestone triggers (App delivery, 1,00,000+clinic/hospital/gym/sports store deployment data, and JV execution) with standard protective provisions.
