We are looking for a dedicated and professional Front Office & Billing Executive to manage patient registration, OPD/IPD billing, TPA coordination and patient query resolution. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, billing knowledge and the ability to provide a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities Front Office Operations
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle patient registration, admission, and discharge processes.
- Manage appointments and coordinate with consultants and departments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Attend and resolve patient queries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
Billing & Revenue Cycle Management
- Generate and process OPD and IPD bills accurately.
- Verify charges related to consultations, investigations, procedures, and room rent.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment collections.
- Prepare daily billing and collection reports.
- Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and procedures.
TPA & Insurance Coordination
- Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies for cashless and reimbursement cases.
- Process pre-authorizations, approvals, and required documentation.
- Follow up on pending approvals and claim-related queries.
- Maintain records of insurance and TPA transactions.
Patient Service & Query Resolution
- Resolve billing-related and service-related patient concerns.
- Guide patients regarding insurance, package details, and payment procedures.
- Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare Management preferred).
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Hospital Front Office, Billing, or TPA operations.
- Experience in OPD/IPD billing and patient registration.
- Knowledge of cashless insurance, TPA processes, and claim documentation.
- Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and MS Office.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of hospital billing and insurance procedures.
- Customer service and patient handling skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in billing.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in a NABH-accredited hospital will be an added advantage.
