About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM Developer to lead implementation, customization, automation, and integration of HubSpot CRM solutions for clients across various industries. You will be the technical expert guiding clients from requirements gathering through successful delivery, combining deep CRM knowledge with hands-on development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HubSpot CRM implementation projects from discovery through go-live.
- Configure and customize HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and CMS Hub based on business requirements.
- Develop and manage custom integrations between HubSpot and third-party applications using APIs, Webhooks, and middleware solutions.
- Build scalable CRM extensions and integration solutions using React.js, Node.js, and PHP Laravel.
- Design and implement workflows, automation sequences, custom properties, dashboards, reports, and lead management processes.
- Perform CRM migrations, data imports, data mapping, and synchronization activities.
- Work directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical consultation, and recommend CRM best practices.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with development, QA, marketing, and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain clear technical documentation and implementation guidelines.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM development and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot APIs, Workflows, Automation, and Custom Objects.
- Development experience with React.js, Node.js, and PHP Laravel.
- Practical knowledge of REST APIs, Webhooks, and OAuth-based integrations.
- Proven track record in CRM implementation, customization, and migration projects.
- Experience building and managing sales pipelines, marketing automation, and customer lifecycle management.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- HubSpot Certifications preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with a solution-oriented mindset.

- Experience working on enterprise-scale CRM implementations.
- Exposure to AI-driven automation and CRM optimization tools.
- Experience with SaaS platforms and integration ecosystems.

Compensation & Work Schedule
- Location: Mohali, Punjab – Sector 74 (On-site)
- Work Timings: Flexible shifts – 10:30 AM–8:00 PM or 2:30 PM–12:00 AM
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
