Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow Fresh Aisle Café’s digital presence. The role will be responsible for end-to-end social media management, content strategy, and brand communication, along with contributing to packaging and visual branding to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow brand presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with campaigns and business goals
- Monitor engagement, respond to queries, and build an active online community
Content Strategy & Creation
- Conceptualize and create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns)
- Collaborate with designers/photographers for high-quality visual output
- Ensure content reflects the brand tone, café vibe, and customer appeal
Performance & Analytics
- Track social media performance (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Analyze trends and optimize content strategy accordingly
- Provide monthly insights and recommendations
Branding & Packaging
- Oversee packaging design and branding elements (labels, boxes, takeaway branding)
- Ensure visual consistency across digital and physical brand touchpoints
- Work with vendors/designers to execute branding requirements
Campaigns & Promotions
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, launches, and offers
- Coordinate with internal teams for promotions and collaborations
- Identify local influencers and partnerships for brand visibility
Key Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing / digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram-first marketing (reels, trends, engagement)
- Experience in content creation and brand storytelling
- Basic understanding of design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with creativity and ownership
Preferred Background
- Experience in F&B, café, lifestyle, or retail brands
- Exposure to packaging design or branding projects
- Understanding of consumer behavior in food/lifestyle space
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
