Warehouse Expansion & Property Acquisition Manager to identify, evaluate, and secure warehouse, dark store, and commercial properties for business expansion. The role involves end-to-end property sourcing, lease negotiations, site evaluation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify suitable warehouses, dark stores, industrial properties, and commercial spaces.
- Conduct site visits, market surveys, and location feasibility studies.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and channel partners.
- Negotiate rental terms, lease agreements, renewals, and commercial conditions.
- Coordinate with Legal, Operations, Projects, and Finance teams for property finalization.
- Verify property documents and support the due diligence process.
- Prepare property comparison reports and market analysis.
- Maintain an updated database of available warehouse and commercial properties.
- Monitor local real estate trends and rental benchmarks.
- Deliver property acquisition and expansion targets within agreed timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–8 years of experience in warehouse leasing, commercial real estate, property acquisition, site acquisition, or expansion.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of lease documentation and commercial property transactions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.
