Lab Technician (IVF Hospital)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Collect, label, and process patient samples as per standard protocols.
- Perform routine laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and maintenance.
- Record and report test results accurately and on time.
- Follow quality control procedures and laboratory safety guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records.
- Ensure cleanliness, sterilization, and infection control within the laboratory.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding test reports.
- Monitor inventory of laboratory reagents and consumables and report shortages.
- Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste as per hospital protocols.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and provide professional service.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Laboratory In-charge or Management.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Pay: Starting from ₹12,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
