Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Student Counsellor to support the academic, emotional, social, and behavioral well-being of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students.
- Identify and address students' academic, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
- Work closely with teachers and parents to support student development.
- Conduct workshops and awareness programs on mental health and well-being.
- Maintain confidential student records and counselling documentation.
- Assist in crisis intervention and conflict resolution when required.
- Guide students on personal, social, and career-related matters.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Student Counsellor or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
- Passion for working with children and adolescents.
