Job Description
We are looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of welding and machine operations and be willing to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machines and equipment efficiently.
- Perform Arc Welding and Laser Welding activities.
- Monitor machine performance during production.
- Conduct basic quality inspections and checks.
- Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and work instructions.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Arc Welding and Laser Welding.
- Experience or knowledge of machine operations.
- Understanding of manufacturing/production processes.
- Basic tool handling skills.
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / Technical Qualification preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Preferred Profile
- Experience in Battery Manufacturing companies will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience as a Machine Operator is preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
