Job Summary :
Oversees the daily operations of a service workshop to ensure efficient, high-quality, and profitable repair and maintenance services. The role includes managing technicians and staff, scheduling work, maintaining safety and quality standards, handling customer concerns, coordinating with service advisors and parts departments, controlling costs, monitoring equipment, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company guidelines. They also track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, technician efficiency, first-time fix rate, labor sales, customer satisfaction, and prepare performance reports for management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily operations of the workshop.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor repair and maintenance work.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate technicians and workshop staff.
- Ensure repairs are completed on time and meet quality and manufacturer standards.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and labor utilization.
- Coordinate with service advisors and the parts department to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve service-related complaints.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage workshop equipment, tools, and maintenance requirements.
- Control operational costs and improve workshop profitability.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and warranty documentation.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, technician efficiency, first-time fix rate, comeback rate, labor sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
