Job Summary
Safelift Industries is seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2C Field Sales Executive to drive sales of material handling equipment and solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, conducting field visits, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and market mapping.
- Promote and sell material handling products such as lifting equipment, stackers, pallet trucks, trolleys, and related solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and site inspections.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with the operations and service teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or reporting systems.
Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3–6 years of field sales experience.
- Experience in material handling equipment, industrial products, construction equipment, engineering products, or related sectors preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Skills Required
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Good presentation and demonstration skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driving license preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000
