Key Responsibilities
- Assist in routine inspection and maintenance of hospital buildings, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility equipment.
- Perform basic repair and maintenance tasks under the supervision of senior technicians.
- Attend and respond to maintenance requests from various hospital departments.
- Support preventive maintenance schedules for hospital infrastructure and utility systems.
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Assist in maintaining maintenance logs, checklists, and service records.
- Follow hospital safety policies, infection control protocols, and fire safety guidelines.
- Ensure proper use and care of maintenance tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Coordinate with vendors and service engineers during maintenance activities when required.
- Support emergency maintenance work during breakdowns or utility failures.
- Perform any other maintenance-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), Plumbing, or a related technical trade.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or building maintenance.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to hospital maintenance procedures.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.

Working Conditions
- Hospital environment with rotational shifts.
- May require standing, walking, lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and responding to emergency maintenance calls.
- Use of appropriate PPE and adherence to hospital safety protocols at all times.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
