About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing solar energy team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, and driving sales of solar rooftop systems and related renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site assessments.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on solar industry trends, government policies, and subsidy programs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of solar rooftop systems and renewable energy solutions.
- Ability to generate and close sales opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in solar sales, electrical products, EPC, or renewable energy sales.
- Fresh candidates with exceptional sales skills and industry knowledge may also be considered.
