RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Knowledge of quality control terminology, methods, and Lab tools.
· Create quality measurements to track improvement in products.
· Supervise the Lab & ensure all protocols are followed.
· Supports equipment maintenance and calibration activities.
· Responsible for maintaining laboratory logbooks and records according to Good Documentation Practices.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Checking the quality of milk and making reports on daily basis
· Testing of raw materials and keeping records
· Maintaining daily records of counter samples, discard products, CCP sheets, Oil testing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
