Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Lead to manage and guide a team. The candidate will be responsible for assigning tasks, monitoring team performance, achieving targets, and ensuring smooth workflow. Responsibilities: Manage and motivate team members. Assign daily tasks and monitor progress. Ensure timely completion of targets. Provide guidance and support to team members. Monitor team performance and prepare reports. Handle team-related issues effectively. Coordinate with management for updates and improvements. Requirements: Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team. Problem-solving skills. Previous team handling experience preferred. Work Details: Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM Weekly Off: Second Saturday Off
