About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our Banking Internship Program. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to banking operations, customer service, financial products, sales processes, and compliance procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with basic banking inquiries and services.
- Support the sales team in promoting banking products and services.
- Maintain and update customer records and documentation.
- Help ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare reports and maintain operational records.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Learn about retail banking, loans, deposits, and digital banking services.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
