Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

KLM Axiva Finvest Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to support the Vice President – Sales by delivering actionable business insights and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales and operational data to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance reports.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based reports and analytical models.
- Monitor business trends, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and other departments for data accuracy and reporting.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in an NBFC, preferably in Operations or Business Analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas, Dashboards, etc.) is mandatory.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
