Key Responsibilities
- Enter daily production data, work orders, and output details into SAP accurately and on time.
- Create, update, and close production orders in SAP as per production requirements.
- Record material consumption, production output, scrap, and rework transactions.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports from SAP and Excel.
- Maintain production records, logbooks, and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with Stores for material issues, receipts, and inventory reconciliation.
- Assist Production Planning in updating production schedules and monitoring work order status.
- Support Quality and Production teams by maintaining inspection and batch-related records.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in production transactions.
- Prepare reports on production efficiency, downtime, and material utilization.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of production-related data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and documentation procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc., BCA, or equivalent preferred, any other graduation).
- Diploma or certification in Computer Applications is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience as a Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator, or Production Coordinator in a manufacturing environment.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
