We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / ERP Sales Associate who can generate leads, build relationships with schools and businesses, and help grow our client base.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads for School ERP Software and IT services
- Connect with schools, institutes, coaching centers, and businesses
- Conduct calls, follow-ups, and client meetings
- Explain product features and benefits to potential clients
- Schedule software demos and presentations
- Coordinate with the technical team for client requirements
- Maintain client database and sales pipeline
- Convert leads into business opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets
Required Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in client interaction and sales
- Basic understanding of software/IT services
- Ability to convince and negotiate with clients
- Experience in B2B sales is a plus
- Knowledge of School ERP systems is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Excel is an advantage
Eligibility
- Graduate in any field
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Experience in IT sales / ERP sales / education sector sales preferred
