Portfolio Management – Manage a strong portfolio of enterprise customers and guide them strategically to achieve their objectives.
Revenue Growth – Drive new business opportunities within existing accounts and identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas. Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities across C-suite stakeholders.
Account Planning – Develop and execute account plans aligned with client goals.
Contract Negotiation – Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
Relationship Building – Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors.
Business Reviews – Conduct regular reviews to track progress and ensure ongoing satisfaction. Communicate monthly/quarterly initiative updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Forecasting – Forecast and track key account metrics (quarterly sales results, annual forecasts).
Issue Resolution – Handle challenging client requests and manage escalations effectively.
Collaboration – Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, engineering) to deliver tailored solutions.
8+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management or related roles.
Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Experience with SaaS or enterprise-based products preferred.
Proven ability in solution/concept selling (CRM, ERP, SaaS, CPaaS solutions).
Functional Skills
Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-suite.
Expertise in CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel).
Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with attention to detail.
Willingness to travel as required.
