Job Responsibilities:
● Interact with customers through calls, emails, to understand their requirements and queries.
● Handle incoming leads and inquiries related to services offered by the company
● Convert qualified leads into confirmed clients through calls, messages, and meetings
● Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales/engagements.
● Handle complaints patiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
● Maintain proper records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities.
● Proactively reach out to potential leads and convert them into customers.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services and deliveries.
● Strive to achieve individual and team targets for customer engagement and sales growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
● Proven experience in sales and client relationship management (service industry preferred)
● Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English (spoken & written).
● Pleasant personality with good convincing and negotiation skills.
● Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
● Convincing and negotiation skills to handle objections effectively.
