We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Education Counsellor who can effectively engage with prospective students, understand their career goals, and guide them toward suitable training programs. The role involves counselling, lead nurturing, and converting inquiries into admissions while achieving assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students
- Counsel and convert inquiries into successful admissions
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads until closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
- Communicate with students through calls, emails, and messages
- Perform cold calling and lead generation activities when required
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/systems
- Follow defined organizational processes and procedures
- Build strong relationships with students and stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in educational counselling or sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
