Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve response times.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system updates.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within data warehouse environments.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with SQL and data integration techniques relevant to Snowflake.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining system reliability and performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
