Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years in retail marketing, preferably in luxury or jewellery segment
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Brand Management
- Develop annual marketing strategy aligned with sales targets and brand positioning.
- Plan and execute campaigns to enhance brand visibility and recall.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and identity across all marketing channels.
2. Retail & In-Store Marketing
- Design and manage in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and festive campaigns.
- Coordinate with teams for implementation of campaign material at store and events.
3. Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Manage website content, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and execute paid advertising, influencer collaborations, and online lead generation.
- Track ROI on digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager.
4. Events, Exhibitions & PR
- Organize store events, fashion shows, exhibitions, and brand tie-ups.
- Collaborate with PR agencies to get media coverage and influencer presence.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer behaviour.
6. Budgeting & Vendor Management
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets.
- Negotiate and coordinate with agencies, designers, printers, media partners.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail experience (preferably in jewellery).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good communication skills (Marathi, Hindi, English).
- Experience in handling gold/diamond jewellery is preferred.
- Knowledge of jewellery software (e.g., Acme Infinity, Padm etc. more preferable).
- Graduate or above in Business/Commerce or related field (Optional).
