This role is crucial in supporting the successful execution of construction projects by providing high-quality architectural drawings and plans. The Draftsman will work closely with architects, engineers, and site managers to translate conceptual designs into detailed construction documents.
- Produce accurate and comprehensive drawings including plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Develop and refine drawings based on architect's sketches and design concepts.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
- Prepare presentation-quality drawings for client reviews and internal presentations.
- Occasionally visit construction sites to observe progress, identify any discrepancies, and provide necessary revisions to drawings.
