Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design
● Lead architecture and technical solution design for municipal Salesforce
implementations.
● Define scalable data models, integration patterns, automation strategies, security
architecture, and platform configurations.
● Support solutions across:
○ 311 & Citizen Service Management
○ Permitting & Licensing
○ Inspections & Enforcement
○ Public Works & Workforce Operations
○ Asset Management
Technical Leadership
● Drive architectural decisions including:
○ OmniStudio vs Screen Flows
○ Declarative vs Custom Development
○ Managed Package vs Custom Build
● Guide developers and review implementation quality.
● Support QA, UAT, and risk identification.
● Participate in solution build and troubleshooting when required.
Client & Pre-Sales Engagement
● Participate in:
○ Discovery Workshops
○ Technical Demonstrations
○ RFP Responses
○ Scoping & Estimation Activities
● Present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Documentation & Governance
● Produce:
○ Architecture Documentation
○ Data Flow Diagrams
○ Technical Specifications
○ Solution Design Documents
Innovation & Best Practices
● Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, and architectural standards.
● Stay current with:
○ Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS)
○ OmniStudio
○ Agentforce
○ AI-led Salesforce capabilities
Required Experience
● 9+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.
● Experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead.
● Strong expertise in:
○ Salesforce Industries
○ Service Cloud
○ Experience Cloud
○ OmniStudio / Vlocity
● Experience with:
○ Gearset
○ SFDX
○ Source Control & CI/CD Deployment Pipelines

Pay: ₹2,900,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
