He should have good communication (Written/Verbal) and good presentation skill
- Attending walk-in Clients and handling Client Queries.
- Marketing and selling of high rise Residential, Commercial and Villas Apartments/N A Plots.
- Explaining them about all the Properties , Which are in their need
- Showing them sites/ flats and Convincing them to buy it
- Handling channel partners to boost the sales . Help them in finalizing the deal. Negotiation, if required.
- Proficient CRM ( Customer Relationship Management )
