We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a strong ability to understand customer needs and convert them into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewellery as per their preferences and budget
- Explain product details such as gold purity, diamond quality (4Cs), silver specifications (92.5), and pricing structure
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly and daily sales targets
- Maintain display standards and ensure jewellery is presented attractively
- Handle customer queries, objections, and provide appropriate solutions
- Cross-sell and upsell products (e.g., suggesting matching items or upgrades)
- Assist in stock handling, billing support, and inventory management
- Stay updated with latest jewellery trends and designs
- Follow showroom policies, security protocols, and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Prior experience in jewellery sales or retail sales is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery preferred
- Presentable appearance and customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible to work on weekends and festive seasons
