We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, expand our distribution network, and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for both managing existing distributor/dealer relationships and hunting for new market opportunities among real estate developers, plumbing contractors, and hardware retail chains.
Your mission is to strengthen our market presence, optimize supply chain relationships, and lead a high-performing field sales team to hit volume and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel & Distributor Management: Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and hardware dealer networks.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and track the performance of a team of field sales executives to ensure they meet territory targets.
- B2B & Project Sales: Pitch directly to large-scale contractors, real estate developers, and municipal project managers to secure high-volume institutional contracts.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and demand shifts within the plastic/PVC manufacturing industry to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Pipeline & Credit Management: Oversee the collection of payments, manage credit limits for dealers, and provide accurate monthly sales and inventory forecasts.
What You Bring to the Table
- Industry Experience: 5+ years of sales experience, specifically within the building materials, PVC/plastics, plumbing, hardware, or construction supplies industries.
- Proven Leadership: At least 5 years of experience managing a field sales team and driving channel sales growth.
- Network: An existing network of distributors, hardware dealers, or building contractors is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, territory management expertise, and a solid understanding of supply chain logistics.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across the designated region to visit clients, plants, and dealer sites.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
