Store Manager – Titan World (Luxury Watches)
Role Description
We are hiring a Store Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will lead the store team, ensure premium showroom standards, manage inventory, and achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth showroom functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers with premium watch and accessory purchases.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and coordinate after-sales service professionally.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular store reports.
- Ensure attractive product displays, visual merchandising, and showroom presentation in line with brand standards.
- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and timely replenishment.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
- Ensure accurate billing, documentation, cash handling, and adherence to store processes.
- Coordinate with service centers, vendors, and internal teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduation preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in retail or store management (experience in watches, jewellery, lifestyle, fashion, or premium retail preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
- Knowledge of retail store operations, inventory management, and billing systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English
Additional Information
- Work Location: On-site
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday
- Weekly Off: 1 weekday off (rotational)
- ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
