- Lab Technician – Fresher to 2 years of experience
Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and qualification)
Key ResponsibilitiesFor Lab Technicians (Entry to Mid-Level)
- Perform sample collection (blood, urine, swabs, etc.)
- Conduct routine diagnostic tests (Biochemistry, Hematology, Microbiology)
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
- Follow NABL/ISO protocols and maintain proper documentation
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the lab
- Support senior technical staff in day-to-day operations
