Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition for IT Full-Time Hiring, Contract Staffing, and Project-Based Hiring services across diverse industry segments.
- Identify, hunt, map, and mine prospective clients to build a strong and sustainable business pipeline.
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers, hiring managers, HR leaders, and procurement teams to generate new business opportunities.
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, proposal submission, negotiations, closure, and account management.
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while driving business growth and profitability.
- Identify staffing and hiring opportunities across emerging technologies, enterprise applications, digital transformation, and IT services sectors.
- Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements and customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategic account plans to expand existing client relationships and generate repeat business opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong market intelligence, competitive analysis, and networking capabilities to identify new business avenues.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a strong "Go-Getter" attitude.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT Recruitment, Staffing, Business Development, or Workforce Solutions.
- Proven track record in acquiring clients for Full-Time Hiring and Contract Staffing services.
- Strong network within the IT industry and experience working with mid-sized and enterprise customers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven professional with strong ownership and revenue-generation mindset.
