An AV Technician is responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment in meeting rooms, conference facilities, training rooms, and event spaces. The role ensures smooth functioning of AV systems and provides technical support during meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual equipment including projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and video conferencing systems.
- Provide on-site support for meetings, presentations, webinars, and corporate events.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV systems and conferencing platforms.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections of AV equipment.
- Coordinate with users and stakeholders to understand AV requirements before events.
- Monitor AV equipment performance and maintain service records.
- Ensure proper cable management and equipment setup as per company standards.
- Support video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex.
- Escalate major technical issues to the concerned support team when required.
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies while handling equipment.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
