- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals & social media
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels
- Maintain regular candidate communication
- Support offer rollouts and onboarding
- Build talent pipelines for niche Semiconductor skill sets
- Understand hiring requirements and support workforce planning
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
